Anvil, Bella + Canvas, LA Apparel and Next Level are some of the brands we use for our apparel products.
Apparel – care instructions may vary and are listed on each garment’s tag.

How do I know which size to order?
Size Charts can be found on each product’s description. Order the size closest to your [preferred] measurements.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept PayPal and major credit cards, processed by PayPal or Stripe – your choice. However. We do not accept orders from unverified and unconfirmed PayPal accounts.
Your payment information is not stored on this site.
What if there's a problem with my order?
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week's time!
If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabeled. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out.
If you'd like a different size, get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll let you know what your next steps are.
Order never arrived:
If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know!
First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.
If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at email@example.com noting your order number and we'll work it out.
Please get in touch with us within seven (7) days at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll let you know what your next steps are.

Returns and Exchanges
Each item is printed to order as your order is placed. For this reason, we are unable to do exchanges or returns outside of reasons covered above.
Refunds are not issued for orders that have processed.
How do I change or cancel my order?
Any modifications done to your order must be done within 24 hours after placing your order.
When is my card charged?
We place an authorization hold when your order is placed. The charge processes once your order goes to print, usually 24 hours after your order is placed.
How long will it take to get my order?
Your order will be sent out on average within 4 days of ordering and should arrive 3-5 business days from shipping, depending on the shipping method you choose at check-out.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship only within the United States at this time. International shipping will be rolling out soon.
What does beta mean?
Before we completely roll out the store, we want to be sure we work out the bugs. Even though testing was carried out, the only real way to be sure the site works in its entirety is to make it live and let you have at it. If you notice something, just drop us a line: firstname.lastname@example.org
